Refund Policy - Key Information

1. Scope of Policy

This refund policy applies to all services provided by SARR Incorporation in Pakistan, including but not limited to video editing, digital marketing, web design, and creative solutions.

 

2. Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the project, unless a separate milestone payment schedule is agreed upon. Payment confirms the client’s agreement to this refund policy.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if the service could not be delivered due to circumstances beyond the client’s control, such as project cancellation before work begins.

 

4. Non-Refundable Clause

 

  1. All service fees for delivered work are non-refundable.

  2. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, personal preference, or disliking the delivered work.

  3. Costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., stock footage, plugins, hosting fees) are non-refundable.

 

 

5. Revision Policy

Clients are entitled to a pre-agreed number of revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets project specifications. Revisions are not considered a reason for refunds.

 

6. Refund Request Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication to SARR Incorporation. Requests must include:

 

  • Project name

  • Date of service

  • Reason for refund

 

 

7. Processing Time

 

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

 

 

8. Exceptions and Limitations

SARR Incorporation reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests. This policy is governed under the laws of Pakistan.

 

9. Client Acknowledgment

By purchasing services from SARR Incorporation, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
