Services

 

SARR Incorporation provides a variety of digital services including but not limited to:

 

1. Web development and design

2. Video editing and color grading

3. Marketing and branding solutions

4. Freelance service outsourcing

All services are delivered based on the project scope agreed upon with the client.

Payment

 

1. Payments must be completed as per the agreed invoice before the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• SadaPay

• NayaPay

   3. Any additional work outside the initial scope may incur extra charges.

   4. All payments should be completed in full. Failure to pay may result in suspension         or cancellation of services.

Refund Policy

 

1. Once a service is paid for and delivered, refunds are not available based on personal preference (like or dislike of the service).

2. Refunds may only be considered if we fail to deliver the service as per the agreed scope or contract.

3. Partial or full refunds are subject to our discretion and applicable laws in Pakistan.

Client Responsibilities

 

1. Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver the service.

2. Any delay in providing materials or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

3. Clients are responsible for ensuring all content provided does not infringe on copyrights, intellectual property rights, or laws.

Intellectual Property

 

1. All creative content produced by SARR Incorporation remains our property until full payment is received.

2. Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights as agreed in the contract.

3. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

 

1. SARR Incorporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

2. While we strive for perfection, minor errors or delays may occur and will be corrected promptly upon notification.

Privacy Policy

 

We respect client privacy. Any personal or business information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

 

Termination

 

1. We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or fails to provide required materials or payments.

2. Clients may terminate services before completion, but payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

 

Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

 

 

Changes to Terms

 

SARR Incorporation reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
